Is it really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. If you'd like us to fix anything in the report, we'll quote it first, and you can just as easily hand the report to whoever looks after your website.
What's the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO is how you show up in Google's normal results and on Google Maps. GEO (generative engine optimisation) is how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews describe and recommend you. They overlap, but AI assistants rely more on clear facts, consistent details and structured data.
Do I need a Lumeen website?
No. We review any website, whatever it's built with: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or code.
What if I don't have a website?
We'll review your Google Business Profile and how AI assistants describe you, and show you what a website would add.
Can I ask on Facebook or Instagram instead?
Yes. Send us a DM on Facebook, or on Instagram at @lumeen.com.au, with your business name and website, and we'll take it from there.
Do you need my logins?
No. Everything in the review is public. If you'd like a deeper look later, Google Search Console access helps, but it's optional.
